1. Eligibility
You must be a Muslim of legal marriageable age in India (21 for men, 18 for women) and be genuinely seeking marriage. You may also register on behalf of a close relative with their consent.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Information you provide must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Misrepresentation is grounds for immediate account removal.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the platform for any purpose other than seeking marriage; send unsolicited commercial messages; post offensive, harassing, or misleading content; attempt to circumvent the platform to communicate outside it for commercial gain; or violate any applicable law.
4. Profile Content
By submitting content (photos, bio, preferences), you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it to other Members in accordance with your privacy settings. You must own or have the right to share all content you upload.
5. Plans & Payments
Free features are available to all verified Members. Premium plans are charged in advance. Prices are inclusive of applicable GST. Please see our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
6. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account that breaches these Terms, is fraudulent, or poses a risk to the community — without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time through your settings.
7. Disclaimer
RishtaAssist facilitates connections between Members but does not guarantee any match, Nikah, or outcome. We are not responsible for the conduct of Members outside the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after notification of changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically for updates.
