1. Introduction
As a matrimonial service, we necessarily handle sensitive personal information so that Members can find a suitable marriage partner. We act as a Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act and are committed to collecting only what we need, using it fairly, and keeping it safe.

- Contact: email address and mobile number (verified by OTP).
- Partner preferences: the criteria you set for matches.
- Usage data: device, browser, IP address, and how you interact with the platform.
- Payment data: processed by third-party gateways — we do not store full card or bank details.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To create your profile and show you relevant matches.
- To verify your identity and keep the community genuine and safe.

4. Consent
By registering, you give your free, informed and specific consent to the processing described here, as required by the DPDP Act. Where you create a profile for a relative or ward, you confirm you are authorised to share their data and have obtained their consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your profile or contacting us.
6. Profile Visibility & Your Controls
You decide how much you reveal. You can blur or restrict your photos, hide your profile, and control who may contact you. Your contact number is not shown publicly.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable security practices — including encryption in transit, access controls and secure hosting — consistent with the SPDI Rules, 2011. In the unlikely event of a personal data breach, we will notify the Data Protection Board and affected Members as required by the DPDP Act.
8. Data Retention
We keep your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete your profile, we erase or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required to comply with law.
