1. Age Requirement
RishtaAssist is strictly for adults of legal marriageable age in India — 21 years for men and 18 years for women. We do not knowingly allow minors to create or use accounts on the platform.
2. How We Prevent Underage Access
- Every profile is manually reviewed before activation.
- We verify identity via OTP and require a date of birth that confirms legal age.
- Profiles that appear to belong to minors are removed immediately.
3. Prohibition on Harmful Content
Uploading, sharing, or distributing any content that sexually exploits or endangers children is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, and the IT Act, 2000. We will preserve evidence and report any such content to the appropriate Indian law-enforcement authorities immediately.
4. Reporting
If you encounter any content or behaviour that may involve or endanger a child, please report it immediately:

You may also report directly to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in.
5. Our Commitment
We are committed to maintaining RishtaAssist as a safe, respectful space for sincere Muslim families. Child safety is non-negotiable. Violations will result in permanent account removal, preservation of evidence, and mandatory reporting to law enforcement.
