1. Free Plan
The Free plan carries no charge and therefore no refund applies.
2. Premium Plans — 7-day Window
If you are not satisfied with your Premium purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided you have not used any Premium features (e.g. sent a message, viewed profile visitors). After 7 days or after using Premium features, no refund will be issued.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email billing@rishtaassist.com with subject "Refund Request".
- Include your registered email address, transaction ID, and reason.
- We will acknowledge within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made after 7 days of purchase.
- Accounts suspended or banned for violating our Terms.
- Partial refunds for unused plan duration are not offered.
- Refunds for plans purchased during promotional discounts.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel auto-renewal of a plan at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rated refund is issued for the remaining period.
6. Technical Issues
If a technical fault on our side prevented you from accessing Premium features you paid for, please contact us and we will investigate and offer a remedy — credit extension or refund at our discretion.
