Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Policy applies to all paid Premium plan purchases made on RishtaAssist. Please read it before completing a purchase.

1. Free Plan

The Free plan carries no charge and therefore no refund applies.

2. Premium Plans — 7-day Window

If you are not satisfied with your Premium purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided you have not used any Premium features (e.g. sent a message, viewed profile visitors). After 7 days or after using Premium features, no refund will be issued.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email billing@rishtaassist.com with subject "Refund Request".
  2. Include your registered email address, transaction ID, and reason.
  3. We will acknowledge within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests made after 7 days of purchase.
  • Accounts suspended or banned for violating our Terms.
  • Partial refunds for unused plan duration are not offered.
  • Refunds for plans purchased during promotional discounts.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel auto-renewal of a plan at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rated refund is issued for the remaining period.

6. Technical Issues

If a technical fault on our side prevented you from accessing Premium features you paid for, please contact us and we will investigate and offer a remedy — credit extension or refund at our discretion.
